Recipe for chutney. It’s Easy and can be made quick. Best for working women

Ingredients : onion 5 medium sized, red chilli 4, tamarind small size, salt, oil, mustard, curry leaves

Fry onion in oil till it turns to brown, fry chill
Grind fried onions and chilli with tamarind and salt to a nice paste
Finally saute – take 2 Spoons of oil in a frying pan 🍳 add mustard, once splutter add curry leaves. Add this to ground chutney and mix well. Chutney is ready to serve. You can have it with idly or dosa or even rice. Enjoy healthy eating.
